Theory

Theory candidates will need to pass both the multiple-choice questions and the hazard perception on the same attempt. They will need to achieve forty-three (43) out of fifty (50) on the multiple-choice and forty-four (44) on the hazard perception.

If you have special needs, perhaps have difficulties with reading or suffer from dyslexia for example, let your instructor know and he will do his best to help. The theory test centre has various ways to help you on the test day with complete confidentiality.

Are you ready? Watch the short film below for some important pointers.

To further support you online, you will find useful information throughout and a number of Youtube Directgov, Driving Standards, and Driver Vehicle and Licensing Agency short films. Video buffer times may vary.
